*This offer applies only to individual accounts opened by ODL Markets for a Limited Time Offer Only. You may receive up to £200 cash back against realised net losses within six weeks of your account being opened. £200 Cash back cannot be withdrawn as cash at any point.
This offer is only available to 'new clients'. A new client is defined as a private person who does not have a current ODL Markets Spread Betting account at the time of this offer.
This offer is limited to one account per new client applicant. This offer is not available to existing clients or employees of any ODL group company (or members of their household).
Applications to open an account are subject to the ODL Securities Limited standard account opening procedures. ODL Markets reserves the right to reject any application.
The cash back claim can be made only once during the lifetime of this offer. Claims must be made in writing (including email) or by telephoning us when a loss is realised up to the level of £200. Claims must be received by ODL Markets within eight weeks of the date on which the account was opened. ODL will not accept any responsibility for any clients who do not make a claim themselves within these rules.
We will endeavour to reimburse the client's ODL Markets Spread Betting account with £200 or other such sum up to and including £200 within two business days of the client satisfying these Terms and Conditions. If a client’s realised loss is denominated in a currency other than British pounds the claim will be processed on a conversion rate determined by ODL Market at the time the claim was made.
ODL Markets reserves the right to restrict, amend or withdraw this offer for any reason, at any time and without prior notice.
This offer may not be used in conjunction with any other offer which may be running concurrently by any other ODL group company.
The risks associated with Spread Betting will apply to this offer. Please be aware that by undertaking this type of trading activity your losses may exceed £200.
