Is it time to dip your toe into commercial property stocks?
The FTSE has rallied nearly 30% since hitting lows in early March 2009, with the subsequent eight week rally putting a broad smile back on the faces of embattled investors. Whilst market bulls are delighted, we are now left with a whole new set of questions. Is the worst over, meaning we should all be getting back in, or is this a false dawn?
